It is not wise for a man to meet trouble all time, we have many friends in the wrong place. It states that when you have money you attract friends and these are all fake since they are not respecting you but the money. Choose wisely  Choosing the right circle of your friends will cause good health to the bones since the mind is being receiving the benefits of good relationship.  Do not gossip The very disappointing way in relationships is gossip of others. Telling more of your friends or neighbor will weigh you down because you speak about who ever and make more trouble.

How to stay calm 

We face in each and everyday the situations where if you never be calm you face more troubles that mostly leads to loss of already earned products or services. You can confirm with me that the situation you are in could not be in  there for you like that but you might let the old sayings that says to see the eyes of  a snail is to stay calm.

What is calm?

There was a man who by all his life has been searching for a place to stay but every where he goes there was denial  because he comes in always looking dirty and no body seems to welcome this man but what was this man carrying with him? Oh yes he was carrying the most precious gift to deliver in the house of those that receive him. Then one day the man visited Mr. Changa who have been praying for deliverance he welcomed the lost man.
